In 2012 – a wave of inspiration was nudging me to leave my office job and to launch my own wellness business that focuses on bioenergetics and the mind-body connection.

My first taste of freedom and autonomy was so sweet – I’ve never looked back!

With over ten years of experience as a kinesiologist, I use biofield and energy meridian methods to help people improve their health and wellbeing. The Light Era has introduced me to a movement that supports my practice, share the light with others, and a formula to help boost my financial freedom.
